About Your Role
As a CRNA at St. Anthony Hospital , you will be an integral part of our patient care team, responsible for providing comprehensive anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical procedures. You will leverage your advanced clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes, from pre-operative assessment through intra-operative management and post-operative recovery.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting pre-anesthetic assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering various anesthetic agents to ensure patient comfort and safety during surgical, obstetric, and diagnostic procedures.
• Continuously monitoring patient physiological responses and making necessary adjustments.
• Collaborating effectively with supervising physicians and the healthcare team for integrated patient care.
• Managing anesthetic emergencies and providing advanced airway management.
• Participating in post-anesthesia care, focusing on recovery and pain management.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of all anesthesia care.
• Adhering to all CommonSpirit Health policies and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Education: Master's Degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Licensure: Active Colorado RN license.
• Certifications: Current NBCRNA/AANA, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Experience: New grads welcome to apply.
• Skills: Excellent critical thinking, communication, and patient safety commitment.

$84.16 - $130.92 /hour
