This is a part time position working up to 24 hours per week at both Cedar Ridge Apartments and Maplewood Estates. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Maintenance Specialist will maintain the community's equipment, structures, operating systems, and grounds, while taking pride in providing friendly and professional services for our residents. Performs daily walkthrough of the facility and addresses any malfunctions in need of prompt repair and janitorial issues. Responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new move-ins, responds to assigned service requests, and assists with coordinating preventative maintenance. - Applicants must be skilled in general maintenance and lawn maintenance experience. - Be a positive team player who will communicate and work well with all residents and co-workers in a professional manner. - Provides amazing customer service on a daily basis. - Twelve months of experience. - This position requires maintaining a valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance at all times
