Maintenance Mechanic
Compensation: $23.00 to $23.50 per hour

The Role
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll handle technical repairs, equipment maintenance, and system troubleshooting across the property.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform repairs on mechanical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
- Support emergency repair needs promptly
- Maintain tools, logs, and repair documentation
- Assist with major maintenance projects and upgrades

- Experience as a mechanic or maintenance technician
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read manuals and follow repair procedures
- Reliable, safety-focused, and organized
- Comfortable with physical work and varied tasks Flexible to work any days (overnight) of the week including holidays and weekends.
