The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing you to focus on serving your clients while ensuring personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, considering their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to create customized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorder challenges.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies while providing emotional support.

• Monitor client progress regularly, ensuring treatment plans are responsive and adjusted according to their evolving needs.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to offer integrated and holistic care to patients.

• Stay informed on the latest research in mood disorder treatments to enhance clinical effectiveness and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in New Jersey.
