We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator (experience optional but preferred) to join our manufacturing team in a dynamic and fast-paced facility. The operator will be responsible for loading & running milling machines (Haas type) to produce precision parts.

This role involves working with components and materials that are regulated under federal and state law. Attention to safety, quality, and compliance is critical.

Duties

• Select pre-written routine programs and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring precise machining of components based on technical drawings and specifications
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production
• Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
• Interact with Universal Robots for production machines
• Use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, etc
• Handling raw materials for machining preparation
• Perform tooling changes and adjustments to meet set specification
• Collaborate with the machine shop manager for efficient production flow and quality assurance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and operational standards

Experience

• Operation of CNC machines (preferred, not mandatory)
• Knowledge of and/or willingness to learn the interpretation of CAD drawings and mechanical principles
• Mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations
• Prior warehouse or factory experience (preferred, not mandatory)
