Floating Food Service Manager

Summit is hiring a Floating Food Service Manager to provide leadership and operational support across multiple food service locations. In this role, you’ll travel between assigned sites to ensure consistent execution of Summit’s standards for food quality, safety, and guest service. You will manage daily operations, supervise and schedule staff, and support hiring and training. The manager will monitor inventory, control food and labor costs, and maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations. You’ll handle escalated guest concerns, assist with promotions and events, and share best practices across locations. Ideal candidates bring strong restaurant or food service management experience, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
