About the Role:

Kelley Car Wash in Chandler, AZ is looking for an energetic and dependable Car Wash Attendant to join our team! This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment where your hard work and positive attitude make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive

Perform interior and exterior detailing, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and drying vehicles

Apply cleaning products, spot treatments, and tire shine as needed

Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to management

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the facility

Requirements:

No prior experience required — on-the-job training provided

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Arizona heat

Strong customer service and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout an entire shift

Valid driver's license and basic driving ability preferred

Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
