Luxor Staffing is hiring a Production Supervisor paying up to $35 per hour. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Job duties:

• Team Management: Lead seasonal employees across multiple shifts, manage labor needs, control costs, and coordinate with Sales, Shipping, and management.
• Production Planning: Manage daily production schedules to maximize efficiency, meet order requirements, and achieve production goals.
• Performance & Accountability: Take ownership of line performance, employee productivity, fruit utilization, and overall operational results.
• Quality & Efficiency: Ensure fruit quality, packaging, and weight standards are met while minimizing grade-outs, overpacking, and product waste through proactive preparation and preventative maintenance.
• Reporting & Inventory: Ensure accurate, timely repack and value-added reporting and tracking, and maintain adequate material inventory to fulfill daily orders.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety, employee safety, and all applicable company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing production teams, preferably in fresh produce, food processing, or a similar high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee an entire production workforce across multiple shifts.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to monitor orders, prioritize production, and allocate resources effectively.
• Experience with fruit selection, inventory management, product quality, and minimizing waste preferred.
• Ability to manage labor costs, improve productivity, and maintain accurate production reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to food safety, employee safety, quality standards, and operational accountability.
