Solar Appointment Setter – Paid Training Provided
US POWER | Los Angeles Area
$18.50/hour + bonuses and commissions
Potential earnings: $80,000–$100,000 per year based on performance
Get paid to meet people and build your sales skills! US POWER is hiring friendly, motivated Appointment Setters to connect with homeowners and schedule qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants. No experience required—we offer paid training and ongoing coaching!
What You’ll Do
- Meet homeowners in residential neighborhoods and introduce our solar and home energy solutions.
- Identify interested homeowners and schedule qualified appointments.
- Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details.
You set the appointments; our Solar Consultants handle the sales. No closing required!
Compensation
- $18.50/hour during your first two days of paid training.
- $18.50/hour beginning on Day 3.
- Appointment bonuses, sales commissions, and weekly performance bonuses.
We’ll review the full compensation details during your interview.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Who We’re Looking For
Outgoing, dependable, goal-driven people who enjoy working outdoors, starting conversations with homeowners, and learning through coaching. Experience in canvassing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful, but not required.
