- Process development, 5S and Lean: Improving build flow, cutting cycle time and waste, and setting up organized, standardized work areas.
- Tooling design, fabrication and development: Designing, building or modifying tooling, fixtures and handling equipment, and bringing new tooling from concept to use on the floor.
- On-the-floor support: Working on the floor with technicians to solve problems in real time and keep production moving.
- Manufacturing Engineering responsibilities : Working with nonconformance systems, MES/eWO, PLM and BOM reconciliation. Experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar tracking tools.
