This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. Schedule: Must be willing to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Location: This role requires availability to work at our 3 locations in McDonough, Fayetteville, and Newnan.Key Responsibilities:Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impressionManage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized mannerPresent and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accuratelySupport the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into membersAnswer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiriesRe-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS softwareAssist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreachMaintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environmentQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum one year of customer service or sales experience preferredOffice management or marketing experience is a plusStrong phone, computer, and multitasking skillsPositive attitude with a team-oriented mindsetMust be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 15 poundsCompensation and Benefits:Starting pay: $16 - $18 per hour + Bonus$1 increase after first 60 days depending on performanceFree chiropractic wellness membership for youWhy Join Us: When you join The Joint, you're not just starting a new job—you're joining a movement.
