Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Change Management Practitioner to support the IAO IF Intel Foundry transformation. The role will foster engagement, align stakeholders, and ensure sustained change across people, process and technology. Responsibilities Drive change management activities and drive adoption through sponsorship, communication plans, training solutions and measurement. Collaborate closely with program teams, project managers and end users (IF employees, managers, leaders). Create compelling, clear messaging that resonates with diverse audiences. Collaborate across teams, synthesize insights and feedback to inform strategic communication and foster engagement. Translate high‑level objectives into actionable, process‑oriented steps. Foresee challenges, offer creative solutions and effectively prioritize tasks. Set and track KPIs, adoption metrics and success benchmarks. Understand customer priorities and deliver value. Build plans with clear objectives, milestones, senior stakeholder alignment and measures of success. Influence senior leadership across business units and the enterprise landscape. Work with all levels of the organization, championing and applying best practices. Demonstrate self‑motivation, energy and passion. Think big, partner with business and operations leaders, HRBPs and corporate teams, and move the organization forward. Bias for action and navigate ambiguity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience (or) Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience (or) MBA with relevant experience in change management, organisational change, HR, learning & development, engineering or business. Understanding of Intel Manufacturing and Fab operations. 2+ years of experience with factory supply planning, factory operations and supporting ERP implementations. Experience with SAP/ERP systems (order management and order promising) is preferred. Position is not open to Intel immigration sponsorship. Salary range: $52,000–$200,000 (US locations).
