Mancomm — Bastrop, TX (In-Office) Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

$3,000/month base salary + uncapped commission $50K–$70K+ first-year OTE

Mancomm is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion. This is a high-leverage compensation role: a lower base salary paired with strong, uncapped commission for someone who wants their earnings tied directly to their performance.

Requirements

• Cold calling (outbound prospecting)
• Following up on inbound leads
• Qualifying leads
• CRM data entry and upkeep
• Scheduling meetings/demos
• Following a call script/talk track
• Hitting call and activity quotas
• Collaborating with marketing on lead quality feedback
• Handling objections confidently
• Following up on quotes/proposals
• Researching prospects before outreach
• Reporting on call and lead metrics

• 3+ years of inside sales experience required
• No degree required

• Phone communication: Ability to clearly explain product/service value over the phone
• Active listening: Directing the conversation through purposeful questions — listening closely enough to catch what's really behind a prospect's words, then asking the next question that keeps the call moving toward a decision, rather than letting the prospect control the pace or direction
• Objection handling: Treating an objection as a symptom, not the real problem — using questions to uncover what's actually behind it (budget, trust, timing, fit) rather than immediately countering with a rebuttal, so the root concern gets addressed instead of just the surface one
• Professional written follow-up
• CRM experience (GHL a plus)
