Director of Client Services

3Ci is a technology talent and consulting solutions firm serving Utility, Financial Services, and Retail clients across Atlanta. We're growing, and we're hiring a Director of Client Services to own a book of technology accounts end to end — from first meeting to signed deal to delivered engagement. What You'll Do Build and work a named account territory, generating your own pipeline through outreach, referrals, and account expansion Sell across our full portfolio: contract and direct hire talent, plus project-based work in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Process Intelligence Engineering, and Delivery & Product Excellence Diagnose whether a client need is a staffing fill, a managed workstream, or a scoped project — then position the right solution Partner with our recruiting team and Practice Directors to deliver accurately and protect margin Own the relationship through delivery, not just the close What You Bring 5+ years of sales experience in technology staffing, IT services, or professional services, with demonstrated personal gross margin production Experience selling both time-and-materials staffing and project/SOW-based work strongly preferred A verifiable track record of new logo acquisition — not just account management Fluency with Bullhorn, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator as daily tools Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience #J-18808-Ljbffr 3Ci
