Job Summary CT Technologist (Local Contract) - Mount Shasta, California Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Local Contract Position Overview The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist is a highly skilled professional who uses specialized computerized x‑ray equipment to produce cross‑sectional images of the human anatomy, aiding radiologists in diagnosing a wide variety of diseases and disorders. Responsibilities Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high quality diagnostic images. Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of CT technologist experience. Valid CT technologist certification (if required). Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and safety. Compensation & Benefits $600 travel bonus. Day 1 health insurance with United Healthcare. PTO plan – starts accruing on day 1, can be used during contract or cash out at end. Guaranteed stipend if facility calls you off. Extra hour bonus for working over weekly contracted hours.
