Job Description
- Clean and maintain hallways, restrooms, stairways, and othercommon areas
- Clean and maintain the exterior walkways and sidewalks
- Maintain landscaped areas
- Empty trash receptacles
- Assist team with snow removal
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
All applicants must have reliable transportation. Background check and drug screening required.
Apartment turnover experience preferred but not required.Additional Information
