Quality Inspector – Full‑Time | Growing Organization

The Quality Inspector reviews products and materials during manufacturing to ensure they meet all established requirements and standards. This role focuses on measuring components, conducting quality tests, identifying defects, and supporting calibration activities to maintain consistent and reliable product quality.

• Review products and materials throughout the manufacturing process to confirm they meet defined quality and company standards
• Measure parts and components using proper tools and methods to verify physical specifications
• Run quality tests to check performance, reliability, and compliance
• Identify and document defects , reporting nonconforming products to the appropriate team members
• Support calibration activities to ensure inspection tools and equipment remain accurate
• Collaborate with production and assembly teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
• Follow established quality assurance and quality control procedures
• Maintain clear, accurate inspection records for traceability and continuous improvement

• Hands‑on experience working on a production line
• Experience with electrical assembly processes
• Practical knowledge of inspection and quality methods
• Background in quality assurance and quality control
• Ability to perform precise measurements and compare parts to specifications
• Strong attention to detail and defect‑identification skills
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate documentation

• Experience in a manufacturing or shop environment
• Comfort working with a small, close‑knit production team
• Willingness to participate in on‑the‑job training and continuous learning

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Yorktown, VA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
