Med Tech / Caregiver
Meadowview Assisted Living & Memory Care
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Med Tech to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. This role supports residents with daily care needs while promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
- Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and community policies (Med Tech duties)
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, behavior, or needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Accurately document care and medication administration as required
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure resident needs are met
Qualifications
- Caregiving experience preferred; senior living or memory care experience a plus
- Med Tech certification or ability to obtain per state requirements (for Med Tech role)
- Ability to follow medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass background screening and meet state requirements
- Supportive team environment
