Med Tech / Caregiver

Meadowview Assisted Living & Memory Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Med Tech to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. This role supports residents with daily care needs while promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and community policies (Med Tech duties)
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, behavior, or needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Accurately document care and medication administration as required
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure resident needs are met

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred; senior living or memory care experience a plus
• Med Tech certification or ability to obtain per state requirements (for Med Tech role)
• Ability to follow medication administration procedures and safety protocols
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass background screening and meet state requirements
