Job Description
The Service Writer & Service Technician role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on powersports machinery, including motorcycles, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft. As part of a dedicated service team, incumbents have opportunities for performance-based bonuses and career growth through training and certification programs, all without travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments efficiently
- Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify issues
- Execute repairs on diverse powersports machines
- Conduct thorough technical inspections
- Provide routine and specialized maintenance services
- Document service details accurately
- Perform performance testing post-service
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in powersports repair
- Technical certification in powersports or automotive repair
- Valid driver's license
- Skills in powersports repair and mechanical diagnostics
- Customer service and technical documentation abilities
- Strong problem solving and time management
- Effective communication skills
