Assist in portioning, peeling, and cleaning food as requested. Maintain the dish room and dishwasher in a sanitary and efficient manner. Clean the dining room, including lavatories and common areas. Report to the work schedule on time and maintain uniform and personal hygiene. Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests’ questions. Handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as priority. Cooperate with management and co‑workers to assist duties when needed and communicate suggestions for improvement positively. Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines. Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly. Know emergency procedures in the restaurant. Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
