QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Responsibilities Analyze existing converting processes to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, product quality, and cost performance. Design and implement process optimization strategies, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Lead projects involving process enhancements, equipment upgrades, automation, and new technology implementation. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution and production improvements. Utilize data analysis techniques to monitor process performance, identify trends, investigate variations, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and performance summaries to communicate findings and improvement recommendations to stakeholders. Evaluate new equipment, technologies, and solutions in collaboration with vendors and suppliers to support operational advancements. Manage equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization activities to ensure reliable performance. Partner with quality teams to maintain product standards, improve quality control processes, and resolve production issues. Provide technical guidance, training, and support to production teams on new processes, equipment, and operational practices. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies and industry standards. Participate in safety audits and improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
