This unique approach has led to creating spaces and services that are redefining the way people live.The Community Concierge plays a vital on-site role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the leasing office of the property. From conducting prospect tours and follow-ups to spearheading internal and outreach marketing endeavors, resident retention efforts, and overnight on-call duties, they are the cornerstone of resident satisfaction and community engagement. Additionally, the Community Concierge may assist with various clerical or office-related tasks as required, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their role.The Community Concierge will:Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community ManagerCommit to working full shifts, which consist of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site at the property.Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as neededAssist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal part-time hoursComplete all prospect tours of the communityResponsible for following up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.Responsible for planning, implementing, and performing marketing duties and resident eventsMaintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the communityAssist in securing partnership opportunities for the communityCurate content for social media and marketing materialsPost to social media as directed by the Community ManagerCreate marketing materials using CanvaResponsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round dutiesPresent to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the communityAssist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as neededComplete special projects as assigned by the Community ManagerEnsure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and ProceduresResponsible for ensuring product presentation always meets brand and company standardsIdeally, you'll have:High School Diploma or comparable degreeProven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groupsThe utmost level of integrity in all instances, and shows respect towards others and towards company principlesYou'll crush it if you have experience with:Ability to write and speak effectively using appropriate conventions based on the situationActively listening to others, asking questions to verify understanding, and providing feedback with tact and considerationEfficiently using time by prioritizing and planning work activitiesSharing key information with others involved in a project or effort, working in harmony to accomplish objectives, responding with enthusiasm to directives, and showing support for departmental and organizational decisionsProficient in Microsoft Office, Google SuitePhysical Demands:Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow or slippery surface.Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive mannerMust be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job.
