Compensation: $1,877 - $2,262 | Shift: 3x12 Days

In the role of a Registered Nurse with a focus on Medical-Surgical care, you will be essential in assessing, planning, executing, and reviewing personalized patient care. You will lead the patient care team, ensuring that the highest quality of care is upheld during your shifts.

• Evaluate and monitor patient conditions, applying suitable interventions as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to create and execute tailored care plans.
• Provide clinical leadership and direction to the patient care team.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar setting required.
• Active Illinois nursing license is mandatory.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• ACLS certification (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of starting.
• Weekend shifts are required every other weekend.
