Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor. Located in the Jacksonville area or willing to relocate. Background as a Superintendent on K12, Higher Education, Local Municipal, Mixed-Use, Hotel or Multifamily (non-wood frame) projects. Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety & Subcontractor Management.
