Retail Supervisor, Lenox Square Mall

Join Nespresso as a Team Lead at our elegant retail boutique in Lenox Square Mall and help bring our boutique experience to life. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Store Manager to elevate the customer journey through strong leadership and passion for service.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Drive Results: Function as manager on duty, driving sales by maximizing store productivity and building customer relationships through exceptional experiences. Assist ASM and SM with sales trends and key goals. Excellence in Operational Execution: Ensure store standards are maintained: cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory/stock management, TQM compliance, cash processes. Create a safe, healthy environment. Customer/Hospitality Driven: Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by storytelling and sustainability practices. Delight customers with complimentary tastings and showcase product knowledge. Inspiring People Leadership: Influence and inspire the team to drive sales and service performance through coaching and training. Collaborative Team Player: Seek and provide feedback, build strong relationships, champion innovative ideas, adapt to change, bring a growth mindset to solve problems.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

2+ years of experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment. Patience for day‑to‑day challenges and resourcefulness in troubleshooting. Effective communication, time management, and analytical skills. Punctuality and availability for open/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
