Pricing Analyst

Job TitleThis position will oversee and manage the pricing and contract renewal process for Hub Group's current business. They will conduct analysis and modeling of current operations, and manage the analysis, design and construction of Hub's pricing proposal. Additionally, the Pricing Analyst will support new pricing initiatives and work with the team through new solution development.Essential Job FunctionsLead pre-planning, strategy development and coordination of responses to renewal pricing requestsManage and monitor contractual renewal timelinesIdentify opportunities for growth, profit maximization, and network improvements through pricing strategies and tacticsUnderstand and apply transportation optimization techniques including dedicated efficient routing, resource optimization, network asset evaluationConduct detailed analysis of incumbent business and current P&L performance.
