About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Corporate Development to spearhead its global inorganic growth strategy. The successful candidate will be a seasoned executive with a strategic mindset, capable of driving mergers and acquisitions, and leading strategic partnerships that align with the company's value creation plan. This role demands a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, requiring the VP to partner with executive leadership in identifying, evaluating, and delivering high-impact opportunities. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the corporate development strategy, leading end-to-end deal processes, and driving post-merger integration to ensure the realization of synergies and long-term value. The VP will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with investment banks, advisors, and industry stakeholders, as well as conducting market analyses to identify emerging opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with a preference for those with a background in life sciences, clinical research, or healthcare services. They should possess deep expertise in M&A, a strong strategic mindset, and a proven track record of executing complex transactions. The role requires an individual with excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, who can influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives. The VP should be intellectually curious, results-driven, and capable of operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. An entrepreneurial mindset, a focus on innovation, and the ability to operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on 'player-coach' are essential personal attributes for this position.
