Join the Parkview team as an Administrative Assistant and take the lead on project managing our Kids, Students, and Adults events from first idea to final execution - keeping timelines tight, teams aligned, and every detail covered. Responsibilities Lead the administrative planning process for Parkview Kids, Students, and Parkview Adults events by developing timelines, tracking key milestones, and ensuring planning begins early enough to support successful execution. Coordinate cross-functional support by partnering with Facilities, Communications, Production, Worship, and other support teams to ensure every event receives the resources and support it needs. Facilitate clear communication between ministry leaders and support departments by gathering event requirements, communicating priorities, and providing timely updates throughout the planning process. Manage event requests and deliverables by tracking deadlines, monitoring project progress, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring commitments are completed on time. Maintain comprehensive event documentation, including timelines, meeting notes, task lists, room setups, promotional needs, print requests, and event logistics. Identify potential issues early and proactively work with ministry and support teams to resolve challenges before they impact the event experience. Ensure consistency in planning processes by utilizing Parkview's event planning tools, templates, and project management systems to improve communication, efficiency, and execution. Conduct post-event follow-up by gathering feedback, documenting learnings, and recommending process improvements that strengthen future events. Lend Administrative Support as requested by the Parkview Kids, Students, and Adults Directors Schedule FSLA Non-Exempt.
