Applicants for the HR Business Partner position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role, with a Bachelor's degree or HR certificate. The role requires fluency in both French and English, as well as a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a proven track record in this area. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
