Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy, with active OT licensure in the state
• Prior experience in school, healthcare, or home health OT settings
• Proficient in fine and gross motor skills assessment and intervention
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology use in a therapy setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
• Ability to develop and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Compassionate, flexible approach with strong organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across a variety of ages and abilities
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions that support fine and gross motor development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to facilitate student participation in school activities
• Contribute to IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and documentation to meet compliance standards
• Utilize technology and teletherapy resources to deliver remote therapy when needed
• Adapt interventions for both classroom and home environments to foster ongoing skill development
