What You'll Be Doing

• Close Sales: Contact customers with open estimates, present solutions, overcome objections, and turn opportunities into booked revenue.
• Convert Unsold Opportunities: Proactively reconnect with homeowners who have received estimates but haven't moved forward.
• Manage Inbound Leads: Respond quickly to incoming inquiries and convert qualified opportunities into appointments and sales.
• Drive Revenue: Identify opportunities to sell HVAC systems, plumbing services, electrical solutions, memberships, and additional home services.
• Build Customer Relationships: Create trust through professional, confident, and consultative conversations.
• Own Your Pipeline: Manage customer interactions, sales opportunities, and activities through our CRM system, ServiceTitan.
• Collaborate With the Team: Work closely with technicians, comfort advisors, dispatchers, and management to maximize every sales opportunity.
• Hit Your Numbers: Consistently achieve individual sales goals, conversion targets, and revenue expectations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings energy, confidence, and accountability to work every day.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has previous inside sales, outbound sales, or customer service experience.
• Is comfortable making high volume outbound calls.
• Has a proven ability to overcome objections and ask for the sale.
• Is competitive, self-motivated, and driven by performance.
• Has strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Can manage multiple opportunities without losing attention to detail.
• Is comfortable working with CRM systems and technology.
• Takes ownership of results rather than making excuses.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, or ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.
