What you'll do... We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, materials requirements, and manufacturing workflows to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality microgrid systems. You will serve as the link between manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and manufacturing capacity. Coordinating with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Monitoring work-in-progress (WIP) and adjusting schedules to address delays, bottlenecks, or changes in demand. Collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues and support product launches. Reviewing and analyzing production data to identify trends, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities. Preparing and distributing daily/weekly production status reports. Ensuring all planning activities align with company quality standards, safety procedures, and EROCK Core Values. Requirements Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of manufacturing planning, scheduling, or materials management experience. Proficiency in ERP/MRP software (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and production documents. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Skills: Have experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools. Can balance big-picture production goals with day-to-day detail management. Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities. Possess strong analytical skills to solve problems and anticipate challenges. Your Rewards!
