As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events and stores by providing excellent customer service. Working in this role you will learn to schedule appointments with our customers in-person.

Full-Time (includes additional benefits) and Part-Time Available

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event/booth setup, including arranging displays and preparing promotional materials.
• Must be eager to interact in conversations with guests using interpersonal skills.
• Schedule appointments for our customers to meet with sales consultants regarding our products that Renewal by Andersen offers.
• Ability to stand upright during your scheduled shift, stay energetic and approachable (you are the face of the company in this role).

• Competitive pay rate at $15.00 hr. plus earned uncapped commission (combination of guaranteed hourly pay $15.00 hr. and uncapped commission pay, most team members earn between $17.00-$24.00 hr. average).

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service settings that include restaurant, hospitality and retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with event marketing and retail environment is a plus.
• Willingness to learn our techniques in lead generation and appointment setting.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Valid Drivers' License.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must have your own vehicle for this position.
