Social Media Strategist

Envida is a social media, influencer and social ad agency located in Scottsdale, AZ with a variety of national real estate and restaurant clients. The environment at Envida is casual, energetic, and creative, yet always focused on being one step ahead of the industry and two steps ahead for our clients. Voted ranking Ranking Arizona for the past 5 years and featured on The List TV as national social media contributors. We are in search for a creative and innovative Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a Social Media Content Strategist, you will be responsible for implementing content, managing social accounts and organizing monthly reporting and decks in order to increase our clients online presence. You will be working closely with the Account Managers and Creative Department. This position has the potential to move into other roles in the company. Social Media Strategist duties and responsibilities: Manage social media content and traffic Manage and help create social media content Measure the success of social media campaigns through monthly reporting Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies Use social media marketing tools such as Sprout and other posting tools Work in multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers Collaborate with Marketing, Ads, Photo/Video and Account Manager teams Create Instagram stories and reels Create strategies to help the team stay innovative Provide constructive feedback Strong photo selection skills for social media posts and ads Canva and Adobe experience a plus Requirements and qualifications: 1 year of experience in Social Media or as a Marketing Manager or Strategist Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google+ and other social media best practices Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research Good understanding of social media KPIs Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good organizational and time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills *Job Type: Full-time ---> Our team is now fully remote!
