Job Description

Located in Valdosta, GA

Express Employment is now hiring a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to join a plumbing and HVAC supply team. This role is split between warehouse operations and local route delivery using company box trucks. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

Driving / Delivery

Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver materials to customers and job sites
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
Load, secure, and unload products at delivery locations
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness

Warehouse Duties

Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery routes
Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
Review pick tickets and ensure order accuracy
Prepare and process outbound shipments (including FedEx)
Support general warehouse operations as needed

Requirements

Driver Requirements

Valid driver's license (non-CDL position)
DOT Medical Card required
Clean Motor Vehicle Record
Minimum 1 year of route-style driving experience preferred (industrial or similar setting)
Experience operating 26-ft box trucks preferred

Warehouse Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Forklift experience preferred (sit-down forklift; training provided if needed)

Schedule & Pay

Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

$14.00 per hour (Weekly pay)
