About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to critically ill children and their families. This position is perfect for an experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, family-centered care in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients' families.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
• Uphold the highest standards of care and safety in a fast-paced, critical care setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in pediatric or intensive care.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
