Role Description The Onboarding Specialist role is a full-time remote position responsible for guiding new corporate clients and property managers through the onboarding process into Livily’s platform. This role includes coordinating account setup, configuring profiles and preferences, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with corporate travel standards. The Onboarding Specialist will conduct virtual walkthroughs, provide training on platform features, and address questions to ensure a smooth transition and strong initial adoption. They will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to gather feedback, refine onboarding workflows, and proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring onboarding progress, generating status updates, and ensuring that new clients are set up for long-term success with Livily’s solutions. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, explain processes clearly, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience in customer onboarding or client onboarding, ideally in SaaS, travel, or hospitality, with a focus on structured implementation processes. Analytical skills to interpret onboarding data, track progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements. Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Comfort with online collaboration tools, CRM or onboarding platforms, and basic data-entry and documentation practices. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and quality in all client setup activities. Previous experience in corporate travel, property management, hospitality, or related fields is beneficial. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, hospitality, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
