We are seeking an Optometrist in Dilkon, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic optometrist with a strong interest in ocular disease to provide meaningful care. The role offers the chance to practice full-scope optometry in a rural Indian Health Service setting, where flexibility, clinical skill, and compassionate patient care are truly valued. With a supportive work environment, flexible scheduling, and typical hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, this position offers a strong work-life balance along with access to the outdoor beauty and adventure of Northern Arizona.

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000
• $25,000 signing bonus/relocation assistance
• $15,000 retention bonus after the first year
• 19.5 days of vacation
• 12 paid holidays
• Opportunity to repay loans through the IHS Loan Repayment Program
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• 5 days of Continuing Education leave
• $3,000 toward Continuing Education costs

Requirements:

• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining one
