Entry-Level Warehouse - Full Benefits, Training Provided

Adecco is hiring for Warehouse Associates in Westborough! These are contract positions.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm

Pay rate: $20 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading: Unload incoming delivery trucks, inspect goods for damage, and verify accuracy against packing slips and invoices.

• Inventory Management: Scan, label, and sort products into designated storage locations using barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) . Conduct regular stock counts.

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently following digital or paper pick lists.

• Shipping & Loading: Stage and load outgoing goods securely onto delivery trucks or shipping containers.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification or willingness to train required).

• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and OSHA standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts (6–8 hours), and lift heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs).

• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners or inventory tracking software.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
