What You'll Do:

Be the client's go-to guide:

• Lead friendly, thorough consultations on laser hair removal and electrolysis, and help clients set realistic expectations and treatment goals
• Help clients choose the treatment plan that fits their needs
• Serve as the link between clients and technicians so everyone stays in the loop

Keep the schedule running smoothly:

• Book appointments in MyTime with the right length, technician, and services
• Manage personal and office schedules to keep each day flowing
• Make confirmation calls 1–3 days before appointments, sharing client-specific notes and company updates
• Help cover phone shifts and keep the Google Calendar current

Turn inquiries into happy clients:

• Respond to website form submissions and emails through Outlook
• Follow up on calls, emails, and texts from prospective clients through Outlook, Quo, and Google Voice
• Monitor voicemails on Quo
• Keep company inboxes sorted and organized

Handle the details that build trust:

• Verify, refund, and void payments in MyTime, and generate receipts on request
• Coordinate prescription requests between the pharmacy and clients, making sure the information is accurate on both ends
• Support insurance clients by collecting cards and qualification letters, documenting coverage details (copay, eligibility, deductible), explaining coverage clearly, and recording everything in MyTime
• Pitch in on other projects as needed
