All Positions Chip Truck Driver Full-Time in Kettle Falls, WA - Mid Level - Sutco The Chip Truck Driveris responsible forthe safe and efficient transportation of wood residual fibre products throughoutWashington and Idaho. This role includes conducting vehicle inspections, loading and unloadingproduct, securing loads, completing electronic logs, andoperatingin compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Additionalpremiums, allowances, and benefits may apply. Schedule:Monday to Friday, gets you home every night Additional Compensation:Overtime pay, paid chain-up ($17 per chain up) Responsibilities Conduct pre and post trip inspections on equipment operated, ensuring safety, road worthiness and regulatory compliance. Load and unload wood residual fibre products in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure safe transportation of freight by securing goods while loading and unloading. Tarp vehicle using manual or auto tarps as available. Chain-up vehicle based on road conditions. Complete all electronic recordsregardingworking hours, vehicle status and maintenance records using the industry’s best fleet management system, ISAAC. Ensure trucks are left clean and safe at the end of each shift. Qualifications Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) 2 years of trucking experience preferred Winter mountain driving experience preferred Clean driver’s abstract (please attach with the application) Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing.
