About the Role
The VP of People will lead and scale Nitra's people function during a critical growth phase. Key Responsibilities Own and scale the company’s People strategy across hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee experience Partner closely with executive leadership and department heads to translate business goals into headcount plans, org design, and people priorities Lead end-to-end recruiting strategy, including hiring frameworks, workforce planning, and bar-setting across GTM, Product, and Operations Requirements 8+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent, or HR, including experience operating at a Director or equivalent senior level Experience scaling small companies to mid-sized organizations in a short timespan across multiple geographies, offices, and countries (e.g., 50 to 300 people) Proven experience partnering with executives and senior leaders in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment #J-18808-LjbffrVacancy posted 3 days ago
