Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an NC Programming Specialist for a top manufacturer in the Terrell area, near Forney, TX.
The challenge- Can you turn complex GD&T into tool paths that hit spec the first time?
- Do you build programs that machinists love to run?
- Will you reduce scrap and shorten cycles without compromising quality?
- Create, edit, and post CNC programs for mills, lathes, and routers
- Use CAD/CAM (Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM, etc.) to generate efficient tool paths
- Interpret prints, tolerances, and customer requirements
- Optimize feeds/speeds, improve cycle times, and drive down scrap
- Partner with machinists to troubleshoot setups and first-article runs
- Maintain revision control and clean documentation
- 3+ years of CNC programming
- CAD/CAM fluency (Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM, or similar)
- G-code and M-code proficiency
- Blueprint reading with strong GD&T
- A manufacturing mindset focused on quality, safety, and throughput
- Multi-axis programming
- Tooling and fixture design experience
