The successful candidate will be responsible for independently identifying, qualifying, nurturing, and closing new client sales opportunities, with a primary emphasis on self-sourced pipeline generation. The Executive Director of Sales will also be expected to revise and improve existing sales processes, maintain a deep understanding of the market and competition, and partner with various internal teams to refine marketing strategy and execution. Applicants must have a proven track record in selling healthcare software, RPA software, or healthcare IT services to relevant healthcare entities. A minimum of 7 years' of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3 years' in the healthcare payer sector, is required. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into or alongside core administrative processing system platforms and a strong ability to meet or exceed sales quotas through self-sourced pipeline generation. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
