**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Lobby Attendant to join our team. The Lobby Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, greeting visitors, and providing assistance as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist visitors with inquiries and provide directions as needed
- Monitor and address any safety or security concerns in the lobby area
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
