ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency in 2009 and have built a strong, high-performing team of 15. Before agency, I spent 10 years playing professional baseball, followed by three years as a pharmaceutical rep. One day I stopped by my State Farm agents office, had a great conversation with the sales leader there, and the rest is history that moment sparked my journey into building a career where I could combine leadership, competition, and service.

Im a proud graduate of the University of Michigan, where I also played college baseball. Having lived in Miami County my entire life, Im deeply rooted in this community and stay actively involved in local charities and programs throughout the Miami Valley.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
