Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst 5 to lead business analysis, requirements gathering, process modeling, and Agile support for IT-focused initiatives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and senior leadership to drive strategy and support public-facing IT solutions in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities:

• Conduct business process reviews and document requirements.
• Develop process models and manage user stories.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Support public-facing IT solution initiatives.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7+ years of experience in business process review, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
• 5+ years managing and developing user stories on Agile projects.
• 2+ years working with senior management on strategy and consensus-building.
• 2+ years supporting IT solutions for public use.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with statements of work, contracts, or work agreements.
• Experience with state and/or federal regulatory programs.

Special Considerations:

• Hybrid work environment with onsite presence required on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Scheduling:

• 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid schedule with specific onsite days.
• Contract duration of 6 months.
