Core Responsibilities Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with ease, enthusiasm and excellence. Develops an understanding of the business to the level of a General Manager over the course of a year. Creates a spark of joy for everyone who walks into the store, teaching the team to do the same. Champions an environment that fosters goal‑surpassing speed through effective deployment, in‑the‑moment problem solving and team motivation. Takes responsibility for hitting sales goals through the connection between speed and service. Leads problem resolution with calm, professionalism, emotional maturity and a commitment to listening to understand. Connects day‑to‑day behaviors to end results, developing a broad understanding of the Profit & Loss statement. Organizes, executes and improves administrative tasks, linking daily/weekly/monthly activities to overall business success. Responsible for all store funds while on shift by enforcing cash‑handling policies. Places, receives and verifies orders; conducts inventory; controls waste and dates and rotates inventory, when necessary. Thinks holistically about the store’s success, focusing on your shift, the next one and beyond. Seeks root causes of problems to create sustainable change. Skills and Qualifications 1‑3 years of prior restaurant or retail experience with a strong commitment to customer service. Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends. Minimum age 18. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. One year of supervisory experience. Physical Requirements The physical requirements for this position are hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and being able to stand for 4 to 8 hours.
