1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – School-BasedMinimum Job Requirements:Current New York State LPN licenseCurrent CPR/BLS certificationStrong assessment, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to respond calmly and effectively to changes in a student's medical statusExperience working with children and/or individuals with complex medical or developmental needs is preferredApproximately 6.5 hours per day | School-Day Schedule | Health Insurance IncludedWe are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide individualized 1:1 nursing support to an elementary school student with a disability. This is a unique opportunity for an LPN who values building a meaningful connection with a student while working as part of a supportive school team.Unlike many traditional nursing positions, this role offers consistent daytime hours, a school-based schedule, and the opportunity to provide focused care to one student. The LPN will help ensure that the student's health and medical needs are safely supported so the student can participate as fully and independently as possible in the school experience.Schedule Approximately 6.5 hours per school day, including the 6-hour instructional day and bus transportation to and from school.
