Direct Support Professional (DSP)/ Caregiver

As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Caregivers/Health Aides to lead our Assisted Living community. Leisure Vale Assisted Living 413 E Cypress St, Glendale, CA 91205 Position Summary: As a Caregiver at Leisure Vale Assisted Living, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You will provide direct care and assistance, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors. Key Responsibilities for Caregivers: Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence to residents. Assisting with meal preparation and serving. Supporting residents in maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Documenting care provided and reporting changes in residents' conditions. Qualifications for Caregivers: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. We provide training for motivated candidates. Compassion and a genuine desire to help seniors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
